Terms and conditions

These are placeholder terms of the Biber Holz demo shop. They have no legal effect; orders in the demo shop are not carried out.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders in the online shop of Biber Holz GmbH, Waldweg 1, 3914 Waldhausen, Austria.

2. Conclusion of contract

By clicking "Place binding order" you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices are in euros including VAT. Parcel delivery to Austria, Germany and Italy; freight costs are guide prices and are confirmed before delivery. Pickup at the sawmill is free.

4. Payment

Prepayment by bank transfer, payment on pickup or – for approved customers – by invoice, payable within 14 days.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

6. Wood is a natural product

Variations in colour, grain, knots and moisture are natural and not a defect.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Goods made to measure are excluded.
